Notice of Regular Meeting & Budget Workshop of the Board of Supervisors Fleming Island Plantation Community Development District

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Fleming Island Plantation Community Development District (District) will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 at 6:00 p.m., at the Splash Park, located at 1510 Calming Water Drive, Fleming Island, Florida 32003. The Board will also hold a Budget Workshop (the “Workshop”) of the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Fleming Island Plantation Amenity Center, 2300 Town Center Boulevard, Fleming Island, Florida 32003. The Workshop is being held for the necessary public purpose of discussion regarding the District’s Fiscal Year 2024 Budget. Please note, no votes or final decisions may be made at the Workshop. Topics for discussion shall be limited to those set forth on the agenda.
The meeting and workshop are open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for Community Development Districts. This meeting and/or workshop may be continued to a date, time, and location to be specified on the record at the meeting and/or workshop without further publication of notice.
