NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Clay County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (Committee) will hold and conduct a public meeting on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. in the Board of County Commissioner’s Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Clay County Administration Building, 477 Houston Street, Green Cove Springs, Florida, to discuss Affordable Housing Issues in Clay County; to review, consider, and evaluate local affordable housing strategies and incentives in the areas set forth in Section 420.9076 (4)(a)-(k), Florida Statutes; to review the proposed Annual Report that will be presented to the Board of County Commissioners; and to address any other business that may come before the Committee.
All interested persons are invited to attend the public meeting. Pursuant to Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes, a person deciding to appeal any decision made by the Committee with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or at any subsequent meeting to which the Committee has continued its deliberations is advised that such person will need a record of all proceedings and may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which must include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
