NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Public Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Penney Farms will hold the following public hearings:
1) First Public Hearing – Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 7:00pm followed by the Regular Monthly meeting of the Town Council.
2) 2nd & Final Public Hearing – Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at 7:00pm followed by the Regular Monthly Meeting of the Town Council.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PENNEY FARMS, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING MONTHLY FEES FOR SOLID WASTE CURBSIDE PICK-UP SERVICE AND SPECIAL PICK-UP SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES FOR ALL TOWN OF PENNEY FARMS RESIDENTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

All interested persons wishing to speak on behalf of or in opposition to this request will be heard at the above stated place and times.
