Final Judgment was awarded on March 29. 2023 in Civil Case No. 2020CA000247, of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS DALE TUCKER JR.; JENNIFER NICOLE TUCKER; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; VELOCITY INVESTMENTS, LL.C.; UNKNOWN TENANT#1; UNKNOWN TENANT#2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY:. THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN.TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS., DEVISEES,
GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
