NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on August 23, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-000885, of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein, TIAA, FSB B/B/A EVERBANK is the Plaintiff, and JOSHUA D. GODBY A/K/A JOSHUA GODBY; EMILY LESSEN A/K/A EMILY GODBY; PINE RIDGE PLANTATION OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.

The Clerk of the Court, Tara S. Green will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com on October 26, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 579, PINE RIDGE PLANTATION REPLAT PHASE 2-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGES 9 THROUGH 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
