NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 13, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-001291, of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-5, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-5 is the Plaintiff, and LISA R. JOHNSON A/K/A LISA J. A/K/A LISA R J A/K/A LISA R. JOHN; JAMES W. JOHNSON A/K/A JAMES JOHNSON are Defendants.

The Clerk of the Court, Tara S. Green will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com on September 12, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 10, BLOCK 2 OF BELLAIR UNIT NO. 9, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE(S) 62-63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.

 Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
