NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27, 2023, and entered in 2023 CA 000099 of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE FREDDIE MAC SEASONED LOANS STRUCTURED TRANSACTION TRUST, SERIES 2021-1 is the Plaintiff and JACOB J. WILLIAMS; BIG TREE LAKES PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC F/K/A BIF TREE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TRUIST BANK S/B/M/T SUNTRUST BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVEUE are the Defendant(s). Tara S. Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 30, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
