S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CRMSI REMIC SERIES 2006-02 - REMIC PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-02 is the Plaintiff and CLIFFORD J. JOHNSON; REBECCA JOHNSON; ORANGE PARK COUNTRY CLUB OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Tara S. Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 31, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

JOHNSON AND REBECCA JOHNSON, HIS WIFE BY DEED FROM CLIFFORD J. JOHNSON RECORDED 04/08/2002 IN DEED BOOK 2039 PAGE 179, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
