NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 27, 2023, and entered in 2023-CC-001778 of the County Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein Goldrock, Inc. is the Plaintiff and HOA Problem. Solutions 5 Inc. is the Defendant. Tara S. Green as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com, at 10:00AM, on January 31, 2024, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 489 of TWO CREEKS, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
