NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed November 8, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 10-2021-CA-000860 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Jacksonville, Florida, the Clerk of Court, Clerk of Court of Duval County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Clay.RealForeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of January, 2024 at on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Begin at the Southeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 34, Township 6 South, Range 26 East, and run thence due West 630 feet to a point; thence Northwesterly and parallel to State Highway No. 3 (also U.S. Highway No. 17) a distance of 550 feet more or less to an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of property deeded to Joe Stiltner by F.F. Hadsock; thence run Easterly along the South side of Bellamy Road 200 feet to the point and place of beginning; thence continue along said South side of Bellamy Road 65 feet to a point; thence turn and run Southerly and parallel to U.S. Highway No. 17 a distance of 284 feet; thence turn and run Westerly and parallel to Bellamy Road 65 feet; thence turn and run Northerly parallel to U.S. Highway No. 17 a distance of 284 feet; and being a plot 65 feet by 284 feet, and part of the lands described in Deed recorded in Deed Book 108, Page 212, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
