DBA BSI FINANCIAL SERVICES, Plaintiff and MICHAEL A. ROTHEMEYER; JESSICA L. ROTHEMEYER; AZALEA RIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF CLAY COUNTY, INC.; CLAY COUNTY CLERK OF COURT AND COMPTROLLER are Defendant(s), Tara S. Green, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 10:00 AM at www.clay.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on November 15, 2023 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
