NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of June, 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022CA000229, of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and JAMIE INGOGLIA; PHILIP FLAHERTY; RAVINES CROSSING HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. Tara S. Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at clay.realforeclosure.com at 10:00 AM on the 14th day of August, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, RAVINES CROSSING, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 51 THROUGH 57, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY,
FLORIDA.
