NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 7, 2023, entered in Civil Case No.: 2022CA001182 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE WASHINGTON MUTUAL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, WMALT SERIES 2007-OA3, Plaintiff, and RAFAEL PALENCIA; THE COTTAGES AT OAKLEAF CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
