NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 10, 2023, and entered in 2023-CC-000484 of the County Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein Whitburn, LLC is the Plaintiff and PDK Unlimited, Inc. as Trustee of the 1605 River Breeze Land Trust is the Defendant. Tara S. Green as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com, at 10:00AM, on June 6, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 14, RIVER BREEZE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Pages 16, 17 and 18, Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 1605 River Breeze Dr., Orange Park, FL. 32003 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
