NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 19, 2023 and entered in Case No. 2020CA000307, of the Circuit Court of the 4th Judicial Circuit in and for CLAY County, Florida, wherein SELECT PORTFOLIO SERVICING, INC. is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF LELIA CHASE HOUBE A/K/A LELIA CHASE, DECEASED; ALLEN HOUBE, JR.; JILL HOUBE A/K/A JILL SUZANNE HOUBE; SUZANNE MCLELLAN A/K/A SUZANNE HOUBE MCLELLAN; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SWEETBRIAR HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. TARA S. GREEN, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CLAY.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on June 5, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 88, SWEETBRIAR, UNIT NO.2, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGE(S) 20 THROUGH 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
