NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 15, 2023 entered in Civil Case No. 10-2022-CA-001124 of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Green Cove Springs, Florida, the Clerk of Court, TARA S. GREEN, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Clay.RealForeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of May, 2023 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 3045, Wells Ridge Three, a Condominium, according to Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 878, Page 611, as amended, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
