NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of March 2023, and entered in Case No. 2022-CA-001163-XXXX, of the Circuit Court of the 4TH Judicial Circuit in and for CLAY County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CIM TRUST 2021-R1, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2021-R1 is the Plaintiff and DANIEL THIBEAULT TAMMY THIBEAULT UNKNOWN TENANT; and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.

EAST ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAJD SECTION 34, A DISTANCE OF 1000 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 89 DEG. 36 MIN. 00 SEC. EAST, A DISTANCE OF 1090.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING CONTINUE NORTH 89 DEG. 36 MIN. 00 SEC. EAST A DISTANCE OF 160 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE RUN SOUTH 00 DEG. 15 MIN. 00 SEC. WEST TO THE CENTERLINE OF THAT CERTAIN EASEMENT DESCRIBED IN INSTRUMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 532, PAGE 499 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN NORTHWESTERLY ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF SAID EASEMENT TO A POINT LYING SOUTH 00 DEG. 15 MIN. 00 SEC. WEST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 00 DEG. 15 MIN. 00 SEC. EAST TO SAID POINT OF BEGINNING.
