NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 14, 2022 entered in Civil Case No. 2019 CA 000907 of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Green Cove Springs, Florida, the Clerk of Court, TARA S. GREEN, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Clay.RealForeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of February, 2023 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The Northwesterly One Half of Lot 4, Block 1, in Orange Park Ridgewood Subdivision, Section 27, Clay County, Florida, more particularly described as following: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Washington Avenue for a point of beginning; thence Southeast 315.62 feet; thence Northeast 165 feet; thence Northwest 315.62 feet; thence 165 feet West to the point of beginning, said Section 27 being shown in plat recorded in Deed Book "Q", Page 663, Current Public Records, Clay County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
