NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2022CA000719 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida wherein Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB as Trustee of WV 2017-1 Grantor Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or Other Claimants by, through, under or against Mary A. Soud a/k/a Mary Ann Soud, deceased; Esther Denise Soud Parker; John Caliste Soude are Defendants, I, Tara S. Green, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. clay.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on January 17, 2023, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8 and the West One-half (W 1/2) of Lot 7, Brooklyn Lake Estates, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, page(s) 39 and 40, Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
