NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 7, 2022 nunc pro tunc to November 2, 2022, and entered in Case No. 2022- CA-000363, of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida wherein DOVE INVESTMENT CORP, is Plaintiff, and A&M HOME BUILDERS LLC, et al, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00AM on the 19th day of December, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 21, Block 7, JACKSONVILLE SOUTH UNIT ONE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, pages 36 through 45, inclusive, of the public records of Clay County, Florida.
