NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2021-CC-001743, in the County Court of in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein EAGLE HARBOR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and AMY CARNEGIE TOPEY is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.clay.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of November, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Lot 39, Eagle Watch at Eagle Harbor, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, pages 23 through 31, inclusive, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida. 

Parcel Identification Number:  30-04-26-021262-027-39.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
