NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2022, and entered in 2021CA000687 of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for CLAY County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ARETHA L. BROWN, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; ALTON ROOFING SERVICES LLC; LAMONT BROWN; CAREY BROWN; ACIE BROWN III; RAPHEAL REMINGTON; MELISSA BROWN; FELICIA BROWN; FALISA JORDAN are the Defendant(s).
