NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 10, 2022, and entered in 10-2020-CA-000161 of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JONATHAN CLARK; BETSY CLARK; STATE OF FLORIDA; HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY OF CLAY COUNTY FLORIDA; CLERK OF COURT, CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendant(s). Tara S. Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 10, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT 1, HERITAGE HILLS UNIT 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 13 AND 14 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
