NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated   July 13, 2022, and entered in 2021CA000761  of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for CLAY County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff  and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BEULAH FLOYD A/K/A BEULAH M. FLOYD, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; RONALD FLOYD; DANIEL FLOYD; DIANE KNOBLAUCH are the Defendant(s). Tara S.
