NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2022 and entered in Case No. 2021-CC-000463, in the County Court in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein MAGNOLIA POINT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM H. GIRARD, II and KELLY GIRARD are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.clay.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 9th day of August, 2022, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 6, Magnolia Point Golf & Country Club Phase VI, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 47, Page(s) 1 through 4, inclusive, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida. Parcel Identification Number:04-06-26-015231-024-06.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
