NOTICE OF AGENCY ACTION TAKEN BY THE FLORIDA FISH AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION COMMISSION

Notice is given that the following permit was issued on May 5, 2023:
St. Johns River Water Management District; 525 Community College Parkway, Palm Bay, Florida 32909; Permit Number: IPM-23-00115; The Area of Operation is Doctors Lake in Clay County; Latitude 30° 7’ 59.55’ N, Longitude 81° 44’ 10.85’ W. The permit authorizes the control of up to 200 acres of Cyanobacteria (Blue-Green Algae) by peroxide (granular and/or liquid) under the conditions listed in the permit and in accordance with any site map that may be attached to the permit.
