NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION CLOSING A ROAD

The Board of County Commissioners (the Board) of Clay County, Florida, has received a petition (the Petition) filed pursuant to Sections 336.09 and 336.10, Florida Statutes, on behalf of Jeffrey L. Carter, to close, vacate and abandon the right of way adjacent to Parsonage Street hereinafter described.
In accordance with the Petition, the Board held a public hearing on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, and thereafter adopted a resolution pursuant to Section 336.10, Florida Statutes, closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way adjacent to Parsonage Street, being more particularly described as Tax Parcel No. 14-05-24-006323-003-02.
