Book 389, pages 15 and 16; thence south 00 degrees 15 Minutes 05 seconds east along the East line of that certain property described in O.R. South, range 25 East, in clay county, Florida, and run thence west along the quarter Section line a distance of 618 feet; thence run south 245 feet more or less, to the Northerly border of SR #S-209; thence run southeasterly along the northerly border of SR #S-209 a distance of 625 feet to a concrete monument; thence run north 339.1 feet to the Point of beginning; being part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the se 1/4 of section 9, township 5 South, Range 25 East and consisting of 4.14 acres, more or less.
