CENTERLINE, A DISTANCE OF 202.66 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°39'42" EAST 369.75 FEET TO THE CENTERLINE OF SILVERMOSS CIRCLE, A 60 FOOT WIDE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS, EGRESS, DRAINAGE AND UTILITIES AND FOR CLAY ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC. SAID PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE NORTH 00°25' 39" WEST ON LAST SAID CENTERLINE A DISTANCE OF 202.66 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89°39'42" WEST 369.75 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
