A parcel of land situated in the West ½ of Lot 22, Section 8, Orange Park, Clay County, Florida, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 23, of the public records of said county, said parcel being more particularly described as follows: Commence at the intersection of the west line of said Lot 22 with the north line of Kingsley Avenue; thence on said north line, North 87 degrees 54 minutes 03 seconds East, 188.40 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 02 degrees 07 minutes 57 seconds West, 200.00 feet; thence North 87 degrees 54 minutes 03 seconds East 100.00 feet; thence South 02 degrees 07 minutes 57 seconds East 200.00 feet to said north line of Kingsley Avenue; thence on said North line, South 87 degrees 54 minutes 03 seconds West, 100.0 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to an easement for right-of-way over the westerly 12 feet thereof.
