YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title and for recission of deeds to the following property in Clay County, Florida:
Lot 1, Block I, Grove Park, Unit No. 7, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 11, Page(s) 16 through 18. of the Public Records ·of Clay County, Florida;
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on D. Randall Briley, the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is l525B The Greens way, 2nd Floor, Jacksonville Beach, Florida 32250, on or before July 20, 2023, or within 35 days of the first date of publication of this notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint of Petition.
