Legal Description: Commence at the most northerly corner of said Lot 5; thence on the southwesterly line of Pine Avenue, run South 37 degrees 09 minutes 57 seconds East, 74.00 feet to the northwesterly line of those lands described in Official Records Book 4227, page 1474 of said public records; thence on said northwesterly line, South 53 degrees 04 minutes 26 seconds West, parallel to the southeasterly line of Walburg Street, 157.72 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South 53 degrees 04 minutes 26 seconds West, 92.69 feet to the northeasterly line of Cypress Avenue; thence on said northeasterly line, North 37 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, 74.00 feet to said southeasterly line of Walburg Street; thence on said southeasterly line, North 53 degrees 04 minutes 26 seconds East, 92.66 feet; thence South 37 degrees 01 minute 29 seconds East, 74.00 feet to the point of beginning.
