Wilson, PA, PO Box 1808, Green Cove Springs, Florida 32043, Telephone: (904) 284-5618, Facsimile (904) 284-5937, by 30 days from 1st day of publication, the nature of this proceeding being a Complaint to Quiet Title in Tax Deed, against the following property, to wit:
Part of the Northeast ¼ of Section 22, Township 5 South, Range 24 East, described as follows: Commence at the Northwest corner of the Northeast quarter between Sections 15 and 22 and run East a distance of 210 feet; thence run South a distance of 390 feet, more or less, to the North right of way line of a county graded road, which is the beginning corner; thence run East a distance of 100 feet to a point; thence run North a distance of 100 feet to a point; thence run West a distance of 100 feet to a point; thence run South a distance of 100 feet to the beginning corner, all being in the Northeast quarter of Section 22, Township 5 South, Range 24 East, Clay County, Florida.
If you fail to file your answer or written defenses in the above proceeding on Plaintiff’s attorney, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
