NOTICE OF 2022/2023 MEETING SCHEDULEOF THE LAKE ASBURY MUNICIPAL SERVICE BENEFIT DISTRICT

Lake Asbury Municipal Service Benefit District, an independent special district in Clay County, Florida, created by Chapter 86-292, Laws of Florida, has approved the schedule of Board Meetings for 2023:

2023: January 9 (due to holiday) February 6 March 6 April 3 May 1 June 5 July 10 (due to holiday) August 7 September 11 (4th is Labor Day) October 2 November 6 December 4

Meeting time is at 6:30 p.m. at the Lake Asbury Community Bldg, 282 Branscomb Rd, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043. Please be advised if a person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
