NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to a Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 31, 2022 in Civil Case No. 2022CA000462, of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein, TIAA FSB is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER B. BAHL; PATRICIA L. BAHL; MAGNOLIA POINT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tara S. Green will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com on October 5, 2022 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 26 OF MAGNOLIA POINT GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB PHASE VI, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 1 THROUGH 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
