ORANGE PARK – Testing time can bring stress for everyone from the service staff to teachers and parents, and of course, to students. NFL, Canadian League and college football players stopped by Ridgeview Elementary School April 6 to give some Florida Standards Assessment encouragement to fifth and sixth graders who are taking the test this week. They each spoke about how important school and tests like the FSA, which replaced the FCAT tests of old, were in getting to where they are today, which for some included the accolade of Super Bowl Champion. After that, they hosted a dance-off to the tunes of Bruno Mars and the hip-hop collective, Zay Hilfigerrr and Zayion McCall, getting every student and faculty member in the RVE cafeteria involved.
