LEGAL NOTICE

A public hearing to consider an appeal of the Town of Orange Park Planning and Zoning Board’s denial of Application No. V-2-2023; requesting relief from Section 2.05.01 of the Town of Orange Park Code of Ordinances to increase the maximum height of a fence in the required front yard from four (4) feet to eight (8) feet for property located at 2425 Dogwood Lane. If granted, the variance request on appeal would allow a residential fence height of eight (8) feet with a 30-foot setback requiring a maximum height of four (4) feet. This public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, in the Orange Park Town Hall Council Chambers, at the corner of Park Avenue and Kingsley Avenue, at 7:00 P.M
Any person(s) deciding to appeal any decision made by the Town Council of the Town of Orange Park with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing will need a verbatim record of the proceedings, said record to include all testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. Copies of all records on file with the Town of Orange Park may be examined in the office of the Town Clerk, Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Interested parties may attend the meeting and be heard.
