LEGAL NOTICE

A request for rezoning has been filed with the Town of Orange Park Economic and Community Development Department regarding property located at 1324 Kingsley Avenue between Orange Avenue and Hopkins Street. The parcel number is 41-04-26-019501-000-00.
The Town Council will hold a public hearing for the proposed rezoning application on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Council Chambers, located at the corner of Park Avenue and Kingsley Avenue. Anyone interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing. A sign will be posted on the property concerned for the information of the general public.
