A request to amend the Future Land Use Map of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan has been filed with the Town of Orange Park Economic and Community Development Department regarding property located at 385 Stiles Avenue between Plainfield Avenue and Park Avenue.
The Town Council and Planning and Zoning Board of the Town of Orange Park will hold public hearings regarding this requested amendment.
The Planning and Zoning Board public hearing will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. in the Town Council Chambers, located at the corner of Park Avenue and Kingsley Avenue.
The Town Council public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, at 7:00 P.M. also in the Town Council Chambers. Anyone interested in this matter will be given an opportunity to be heard at the public hearing. A sign will be posted on the property concerned for the information of the general public.

Copies of the amendment application may be examined in the office of the Town Clerk, Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. by appointment.
