LEGAL NOTICE

The Planning and Zoning Board of the Town of Orange Park will hold a public hearing to consider Application for Zoning Variance V-7-2022 to provide relief from the Town of Orange Park Code of Ordinances for the following request for property located at 461 McIntosh Avenue:

Section 2.04.03.04(a) and (b): Reduce the minimum lot area from 17,500 square feet to 17,269 square feet;

Proposed use:  1-Single-family dwelling and a Residential Townhouse

This public hearing will be held in the Town Council Chambers on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at 6:00 P.M.

Any person(s) deciding to appeal any decision made by the Planning and Zoning Board of the Town of Orange Park with respect to any matter considered at this meeting or hearing will need a verbatim record of the proceedings made, which record would include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.  Copies may be examined in the office of the Town Clerk, Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. 

Interested parties may attend the meeting and be heard.
