Intention to Lease

Pursuant to Section 373.093, Florida Statutes, the St. Johns River Water Management District (“District”) gives notice of its intention to lease a half-acre of property, whose address is 5703 Green Road, Middleburg, FL 32068, located in the Black Creek Ravines Conservation Area, in Clay County, Florida to be used as a security residence. The property is anticipated to be leased August 1, 2023 at approximately 2:00 pm at District Headquarters, 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, FL, 32177.
