FLEMING ISLAND – The Florida Department of Health in Clay County’s Department of Vital Statistics, home to birth and death certificate services, has temporarily moved its location from the headquarters on Town Center Boulevard.
Vital Statistics will close at noon Friday, Sept. 8, and reopen at 8 a.m. on Sept. 11 at its Bear Run Clinic location, 3229 Bear Run Blvd. in Orange Park.
Biomedical Sharps Disposal Services will be temporarily unavailable at the Fleming Island location and is expected to resume in May 2024.
