Key players in two different districts will be, on left, Clay goalie Cora Parker, and, on right, Clay scoring phenom Natalia Versage, who bookend on defense against St. Johns Country Day School's Calli Berrang. Clay is set to play in district 3-5A with an 8-3-2 record and a recent 3-1 loss to Bishop Kenny. St. Johns is at 11-3-3, ranked number one in Class 1A and ranked 20th in Florida, after a final game against 6A power Niceville that ended with a 1-0 loss.

Icing a bruised cheek is Fleming Island scorer Audrie Taylor who took a face shot in the Golden Eagles' 3-2 loss to Bishop Kenny as area teams played final games prior to the district tournament.

Keystone Heights defender Parker Collins battles for a loose ball in a final game against Episcopal, a 6-1 loss, prior to the district 4-3A tournament this week. Keystone Heights, 6-11-3, is fourth seed.

Oakleaf is powered by the big strikes of sophomore forward Aryana Weintraub, here blasting a free kick goal from 30 yards in the Knights' 2-1 win over Fleming Island. Oakleaf, in district 2-6A, traveled to Fletcher for their district opener on Thursday, Jan. 22.
