Cheri Starnes has owned The Corner Pocket for six years. She is committed to this beautiful community and all it offers to local residents.
Fundraising is always happening at the restaurant. Two years ago, the diner opened where she shares her mom’s recipes with her guests. She is starting to serve breakfasts as customers enjoy mom’s corn beef hash and biscuits and gravy. Lunch begins at 11, and the kitchen is open until 8:30 p.m. If you love fried chicken, chicken and dumplings, shrimp or even meat loaf, The Corner Pocket is for you.
There are also 10 Diamond pool tables where leagues happen nightly. Many guests have won trips to play in Las Vegas. Bingo, Glow in the Dark pool and karaoke are going on weekly.
Come out and jump into the fun.
