NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 07, 2023, and entered in 2019CA001144 of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff and ALICE T. OLDANO A/K/A ALICE THOMAS OLDANO; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ALEXANDER OLDANO, DECEASED; RONALD R. OLDANO; RICHARD A. OLDANO; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CATHERINE HASEMAN, DECEASED; MICHAEL KLAIR HASEMAN; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ALICE T. OLDANO A/K/A ALICE THOMAS OLDANO, DECEASED; SUSAN O. SHANCEY; CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF THE GROVE, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Tara S. Green as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.clay.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on August 09, 2023, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF DWELLING UNIT NO. 19, IN THE GROVE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED FOR RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORDS VOLUME 315, PAGE 215, OF THE CURRENT PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT.
