NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 13, 2019 in Civil Case No. 10-2019-CA-000335 of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit in and for Clay County, Green Cove Springs, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CMLTI ASSET TRUST is Plaintiff and REGINALD K BROWN JR, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, TARA S. GREEN, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.Clay.RealForeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19TH day of October, 2022 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 617, TWO CREEKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE(S) 62 THROUGH 104, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CLAY COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
