Yoga is more than exercise at the Yoga Den

New location set to open in Middleburg in November

MIDDLEBURG — Yoga Den franchisee Belinda Lynn-Bryant plans to open a studio in Middleburg this fall, bringing a range of yoga classes to a community she said is growing.

Lynn-Bryant and her husband, Nate, took over the Yoga Den location in Oakleaf on Nov. 1, 2025.

“When the opportunity came for Nate and I to take over the Yoga Den in Oakleaf, it felt like a natural next step.”

After obtaining her teaching license in May from the Yoga Den in Oakleaf, she was passionate about expanding to more locations.

“Expanding to Middleburg made sense because we saw a community that was growing and an opportunity to create the same welcoming experience.”

The Yoga Den in Middleburg, located at 2640 Blanding Blvd., is expected to open in November. Because of the growth in the Middleburg community, Lynn-Bryant voiced her belief that there is a need for more boutique fitness options. She hopes the studio will give residents a place to learn about wellness and make connections.

“Middleburg is growing, and we want to grow with the community by providing a space where people can take care of themselves physically and mentally. Whether by building strength, including mobility, managing stress and connecting with others.”

Upon opening, the studio plans to offer mind-body and mind-body flow classes for all levels, along with a heated power class, a restorative class and private sessions. Open seven days a week, the Yoga Den expects to offer these classes in the morning and in the evening.

“Yoga can sometimes feel intimidating. We want to change that. At Yoga Den, our philosophy is about yoga for everybody,” Lynn-Bryant said. “You don’t have to be at any certain level to walk through our doors.”

Her interest in taking over and opening a new location stem from her own experience with yoga.

“I found myself becoming more drawn to yoga. Not just as an exercise, but as something that could support strength, mobility, stress management and overall well-being.”

For Lynn-Bryant, the goal is to bring people together and foster individuals’ relationships with themselves.

“It’s not about being perfect, or being the most flexible person in the world,” she said. “It’s about learning to listen to your body, breathe and give yourself what you need in that moment.
