ORANGE PARK – Although some couldn’t purchase their new 11-song gospel album “Always Look Up" in time, the Van Zant Brothers happily greeted their fans and parishioners Sunday at the Highpoint Community Church. Johnny and Donnie still signed cards prepared by the church, while some who received early preorder shipments managed to get their albums, hats and CDs signed during their Album Release Party. A second round of shipment was delayed by Customs and was expected to be released soon, their staff said. The brothers – Johnny is the lead singer with Lynyrd Skynyrd, and Donnie is the retired founder, singer and guitarist of 38 Special – were highly cordial with everyone. They gladly took pictures and shared stories with fans for more than two hours. To order the album and other “Always Look Up” merchandise, visit vanzantmerch.com.
