CLAY COUNTY - United Way of Northeast Florida launched a microgrant request for proposals (RFP) to fund health literacy programs focused on improving health outcomes in the region’s most high-need zip codes.
The microgrant pool is made possible by generous funding from Miller Electric Company. Selected organizations will receive up to $10,000 to support programming for a period of six to eight months.
Submissions are open to any grassroots, faith-based or community-based organization or nonprofit that has operated for at least two years and serves residents in Clay, Baker, Duval, Nassau or St. Johns counties. More eligibility information can be found in the RFP.
