ORANGE PARK – St. Johns Country Day School is proud to announce its partnership with the Art Guild of Orange Park to host a special art exhibit through Dec. 20.
The exhibit of works for sale will be on display in the School’s Nichols Family Art Gallery, housed in the School’s Performing Arts Center. It will feature a diverse collection of work by local artists from the Guild, ranging from painting to mixed media and photography.
The exhibit is designed to celebrate the vibrant talent within the Orange Park community and foster a deeper appreciation for the arts among students, faculty and the wider community. In keeping with St. Johns Country Day School's work to nurture creativity and foster well-rounded development, this partnership reflects the school’s commitment to integrating the arts as an essential education component.
"We are thrilled to bring this exhibit to our campus and to showcase the incredible work of local artists," said Liz Nottingham, the school’s Director of Advancement. "It’s a wonderful opportunity for our students to be inspired by the creative expressions of others and for the community to gather in celebration of art."
The Art Guild of Orange Park has been a cornerstone of the local art scene for decades, providing a platform for artists of all levels to showcase their work and connect with others in the community. This exhibit will include works by emerging and established artists, offering various styles and mediums.
The exhibit is free and open to the public during school hours, generally Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Visit the school reception for access.
